(as the patient),

What could be improved

the toilets please clean reggulary

Anything else?

was addmitted to A&E Dept

with chest pains been like this for 3days on and off . just been out from glenfield after a heart opp two weeks ago,

was told if get any chest pains or chest discomfort to get self into A&E.

was not kept in but doctor told me could go home and to take some codine if no better to come back in in the mornning, on my way out went to the toliet at A&E which were a total disgrace . there was blood over floor and toliet seat as well as excrement i came out told the doc and staff who just looked at me gone out . are tolets checked ? well they were not on this night next time ill take a photo on me phone . as to comin back into hosp next day my gp rang me .as the doctor was informed as to me being addmitted A&E.

no longer go to A&E after treatment i recived there which wasnothing not even put on a monitor just a ecg showed iratic heart rate ireguarly beats as well pulpertations awell .

my gp looks after my condition now .

and i trust them 100% where i dont trust some of new staff in A&E. as they not conversant with my multipuly heart probs and do not listen to me . juniour docs.. so i personal do not rate kings mill hospital . this could be a one off . but has happaned before to me . that night i had too walk back home as had no monies and no one to collect me had to stuggle 8 miles home which took me 3hrs and was lot worse when got home but did not want go back as to way treated . my gp was disgusted as to my treatment at kingsmill. as have a life or death condition which can happan very quick with no warning.
