"I am more grateful for my extension of life than I can possible adequately express"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Cardiothoracic Surgery

(as the patient),

I am 79 years old and received a triple heart bypass about 18 months ago in the Royal Infirmary Edinburgh from which I have recovered very well. 

Pre- and post-operative care were excellent and I cannot imagine having received better treatment. I am more grateful for my extension of life than I can possible adequately express.
