I am writing on behalf of the family of the late Margaret who passed away on Sunrise B Ward on 20th May 2010.

The doctors and nurses on both A&E and Sunrise B ward were some of the most kindest people you could ever wish to meet.

Due to the kindness and respect shown by all the staff involved my mum passed away quite peacefully and with great dignity.

At all times we were kept fully informed of her condition and what we should expect. Even at 93 years of age, the death of our mother was and is every hard to accept. The staff on Sunrise B ward made her passing so much easier for us. They moved her out of a ward of four into a side room a few hours before she died, giving us private precious moments with her.

They showed great concern for us as relatives as well as for mum.

We cannot thank them enough and have not stopped telling people of the difference they made at a truly sad time for us.

Words are really not enough but please pass on our sincere grateful thanks.
