"Great response from PALS"

I just phoned the PALS officer because of an issue that had been brought to my attention (about parents needing to see the wards that their children were to stay on).

He immediately phoned the manager of the new Unit and let him know the problem so that this oversight could be sorted out straight away. Now, all parents should be offered the opportunity to see the room their son/daughter will be in.

I'd like to thank the PALS officer for the very quick and reassuring response, and the manager for his quick solution.

I would encourage people to get in touch with their service rather than worrying.
