(as the patient),

I have alcohol issues and also suffer with stress and anxiety. I was treated very fairly and with respect. I never felt embarrassed angry or upset. I would like to thank all staff.

Thanks for your feedback, it is useful for me as Service Manager to know you felt well treated fairly and with respect.
