(as a service user),

When I was active using I was pushing help away now I’m 32 days clean and I’m accepting help given by Stars. The treatment and groups could have more structure and be stricter on group times. I felt angry yesterday because bus pass wasn’t sorted out!

I would like to thank all staff, Recovery champions and volunteers for being patient and believing in me

Thanks for you feedback it is always good to hear from service users. At STARS we have both structured and unstructured groups to meet the needs of all our service users.

If you are not happy with the management of the groups please discuss this with your group facilitator. If you don't feel like you are heard from this please contact me directly within service.

If you have a problem with claiming expenses for attending the service please speak to your keyworker about the issues.
