nothingi had a appointment on thursday 7th jan 2 c a dirmatolagist an they did not bothered 2 let me know the appointment woz cancelled i traveled 30 miles was told the doctor could not treat my condition the doctor made the decision without even seeing me then y did i get a appointment in the 1st place they should refund my petrel and apologise sure they wo'nt though would not recamend this hospital.
What could be improved
comunication and checkin and cancellation letters sent out and not letting people travel 30 miles 4 nothing its a disgrace.
Anything else?
