What I liked

I liked the fact that the hospital was spotlessly clean.

What could be improved

The aftercare is non exsistant, the staff in the orthopedic outpatients are very unhelpful when I rang to book a dressings check I was told I had to wait 2 months after insisting that I needed to make sure that I did not have a infection the only way I got to see anybody was by going through the consultants secretary. I have found the whole episode one bungle after another. Absolutely horrendous!!

Anything else?

My whole experience from the 19/9/09 until now has been a complete NIGHTMARE nobody cares. I only went in for a bunion operation after all this time I am still in pain and cannot walk properly.

I wish I had a crystal ball I would have never had surgery in Whipps Cross hospital.
