My mother was recently cared for at the Cardiology unit at New Cross Hospital. The whole atmosphere was one of caring professionalism. People were treated as individuals and not numbers.
Having had poor experiences in the main part of New Cross hospital, I have to say that if the NHS were able to offer facilities such as this throughout, I would pay my NIC with a smile on my face!
