What I liked

I liked the care and attention provided by the staff (Ward 7) and have a great respect for the surgical team who performed my operation.

What could be improved

There was a difference in opinion between nurses on different shifts as to whether I could take paracetamol before my operation. An improvement would be made if there was a common awareness between different members of staff on issues like this.

A further improvement would be for the ward to be quieter at night.

Anything else?

Overall I am very appreciative of the service provided. Many thanks to the staff in Ward 7 at the General for restoring my faith in the NHS.
