What I liked

The doctor and the specialist in the plaster room were both lovely.

What could be improved

I arrived with my daughter (aged 9) for a 4.10 appointment at the fracture clinic for a cast to be put on as she had been wearing a tempory cast for 4 days and it was falling apart. We booked in at the reception desk and were told to take a seat, we were not advised that they were running late. We were eventually seen at 8:10pm (4hours waiting with children is unexceptable) If this was at an airport you would be provided with refreshments. Disgraceful.

Clear communication should be given and updated constantly.
