"leaving"

About: Salisbury District Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

leaving

What could be improved

I could not sit to see my husband ill with cancer was thrown out for sitting on the bed. He was then given c.diff and died the children have yet to have any explanation from the hospital where teenagers are involved they need to be spoken too

Anything else?

follow up with families where hospital acquired infections lead to death is imperative my son dislocated his neck in rugby and refused to go to salisbury waiting instead to go to bath via school as he thought salisbury were liars. . avoidable as this should be a total hospital policy cost little avoids rankling niggling upsets in future

We would like to offer our condolences following the death of your husband. We are very sorry that you do not feel that we have provided you or your sons with information which you need to have, and we would like to put this right.

Please contact our Customer Care team on 0800 374208 or by e-mail customercare@salisbury.nhs.uk and we can arrange to meet with you and your sons. We can then try to give you any information we can that may help you at this difficult time and in the future.
