Hello my mum has experienced an A star service by the leicester royal infirmary on xmas day the ambulance service, the nurses and the doctor rupa .. everyone was so helpful and not phaised about working on xmas day.. everyone was willing to help my mums stitching was done blood test results delivered fast so we could go home to enjoy the rest of the xmas day... the service was fast .. everything was explained step by step... the doctor was excellent! The ambulance team were very calming and helpful i am soo pleased with all the service my mum received and so thankfull to everyone
