What I liked
I was treated in the Endoscopy Department for the 2nd time in 5 years and can not thank the staff enough. Both visits have inspired me to write in to thank all in this department for looking after me. Doctors, nurses & reception staff where all excellent. Many, many thanks.
What could be improved
Nothing. Maybe chocolate on the digestive biscuits and an up-dated magazine on Italy in the waiting area (it was dated 2003)
