"A good experience;a very good doctor."

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

(as a carer),

My son was admitted to Finch Ward a few weeks ago and has now been discharged. The doctor was excellent. He was Dr Morrisson. The experience contrasted so sharply with an experience on Horizon Ward [Wolsey Wing] last year. I have detailed the differences I noted in a letter and it relates to the conduct of the doctors. On Horizon ward they were absolutely dismal and the worrying thing is that they have people's lives in their hands and they don't seem to care. Their will and capacity to change is a concern.

Thank you current Finch ward and could the doctors liaise so that Horizon Ward doctors have at least a chance to learn and improve

I think it is important to note that the current doctor on Finch ward is excellent. The previous one was not.
