"Initial assessment"

About: Claire House

(as the patient),

was treated badly by a member of staff, as she seemed robotic just ticking boxes, told her my inner feelings re neighbours and what I was wanting to happen to them, not what I was going to carry out and she said that was a matter for the police. did not say I was going to act on my wishes I just said wish would happen to them, so she obviously was not listening to me?

Came away with tel numbers that I could have Googled myself, went home feeling paranoid that police would be coming for me.

I am very sorry to hear that you did not feel the intervention you received was helpful and you felt that the member of staff was robotic in their approach.
