I have experienced carers coming for bedtime call quite early to change pads meaning my relative is left in a pad for 14hrs overnight. At times, my relative gets put in her nightgown very early, but but does not want to go to bed for another 3 or 4 hours, which makes my relative feel confused as her tea is being made while having her nightgown put on by carers. There has also been no new care plan provided by Castlerock since changing from previous provider.
