I attend Ellergreen Medical Centre and I often find the reception staff to be rude and unhelpful. I also feel there isn’t any flexibility on appointments, when I try and get an appointment for my repeat injection. When I do go to an appointment there is often a long wait before being seen. I also don’t feel that there is sufficient support put in place for mental health issues.
