"Great work from the caterers"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary

(as the patient),

Just want to say a public thanks to the team at ARI who looked after me superbly during my stay last week.

I especially want to acknowledge the great work of the caterers. The food was superb, always there on time and exactly what was ordered. Its arrival was always a highlight of my days - the few things they stuck in me that brought a smile to my face.

Superb job from those unsung heroes!

Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to your comments, this is due to a change in the way our system works and we are looking at making it better.

It's great to hear such positive feedback for the catering team who work very hard behind the scenes and don't always get the recognition they deserve. I have contacted them directly to let them know and they were delighted that you had taken the time to get in touch (they mentioned you had posted a letter of thanks also).
