"Horrible service experience"

About: Spire Roding Hospital

My child had foot injury on Friday, GP asked to get X-Ray done urgently. We went privately to avoid NHS delay. This was first time we went for Private treatment, axa insurance asked to use this hospital as this is on thier approved list. We managed to reach X-Ray department and they asked to get X-Ray done. We reached, they did X-Ray, when we asked about report status, they said doctor will create report and send to GP in few days. We were in state of shock and asked if there is any doctor in hospital who can do consultation, they said no. We asked Radiologist if they can give any indication, the radiologist refused saying they can not read X-Ray as they are not know "Really this hospital employs radiologist who does not know anything other than pressing button on machine". Later we called hospital if any consultant available next day, they said they do not have any consultant for this area. Only way is to go to GP, Monday morning we called again if they can send report to GP , person on other end was very rude and advised it will go in letter. We were totally frustrated and asked why it can be faxed. After lot of argument person agreed to fax to GP after an hour. When we checked with GP they advised no fax has been received. We called hospital , same person said they don't have time to find why fax did not reach. After hours of calling we found that they were using wrong number. Today is Tuesday , no fax reached GP....this hospital staff is extremely frustrating, they are not cognizant of fact that this involves health of child , they lack basic humane value... Totally disgraceful hospital.
