What I liked

I was admitted to the Cardiac Short Stay Unit at the City Hospital on Xmas Eve. I was most impressed with the efficiency of my admission. The nursing staff couldn't do enough to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. The operation went well and after resting overnight I was sent home proud to have been a patient of the NHS.

Imagine my shock and dissapointment when I was sent an Outpatient appointment to attend a Private facility at the QMC.

What could be improved

Give me a choice to attend a NHS outpatient facility.
