"Gallbladder pain"

About: Worthing Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I have been in pain for over 5 days with my gallbladder. I had a scan in November and it showed gallbladder full of stones, the pain is so horrible and so I went to a&e at Worthing had bloods and doctor examined me which made me scream out in pain when they pushed on my gallbladder.

Because my blood came back normal all the doctor could do was send me home with pain killers. It's 7 days till Christmas I can't eat and have 3 children to deal with. Pain killers aren't working and I don't feel well.

I have been referred by my doctor for gallbladder removal but I'm still waiting for the hospital to contact me and I've just read that can take up to 19 wks! I can't cope and really need help now.
