"Patient prescription service quick and efficient"

About: Rotherham Hospital / Urology Rotherham PCT / Continence service

(as the patient),

a) we have found the patient prescription service quick and efficient. I phone up for my brother and usually pick it up from reception the next am. When I have left messages, they respond asap.

b) The urology department- under the auspices of Mr. Edham is always very efficient/ pleasant staff on the day of appointment- although the delays can be a little frustrating.
