"Stayed in November"

The staff on Moorgate and in nuerosurgery are wonderful. I had a 4 day stay at the end of November after a brain bleed on the Isles Of Scilly, medevac to Truro and ambulance transfer overnight, during Storm Angus!!! The medical care was superb but more than that, the personal touch, compassion, patience and attention from the staff on the ground be they nurses, consultant, cleaners or doctors was superb. At times they were extremely busy but that is too be expected considering the work involved, but as unfortunate as my stay may have been, I cannot praise and thank the staff enough for easing the situation for me and my family.
