About: Moorfield Primary Care Centre

(as the patient),

Had shoulder pain for at least 3 years. Operation July 2009. Some stiffness and pain still there. Doctor referred me to Moorfield to see Physiotherapist Advanced Practitioner to see if any improvement could be made. Excellent in depth consultation and checks and making progress and hopefully problem will be improved. Miss Tunball has kept check of physiotherapy I have been receiving to help improve pain control. Thank you.
