(as the patient),

After a few months of slight incontinence problems I asked for help through my doctor. I have mobility problems and transfer was a major issue. Turns out with a few experiences and a change in my diet and drinks all is better in only 2 months. Anyone out there with same problems, please go to a local clinic.

Thank you for posting your comment.Even minor continence issues can be bothersome when mobility is an issue.

Receiving the correct information is the easy part, taking it on board can be more challenging. Sounds like you're managing really well.
