"Blood clinic"

Very unhappy with the nurse! The nurse was very abrupt and spoke down to me when I commented on the other Nurse next-door who had been stood there for 5-10 minutes talking about their previous job! Disgraceful when people are waiting and have work themselves!. There was about 15 people in and yet I was in front of most and still took half an hour before I was seen. The nurse I saw who didn't like my comment on the talking for so long didn't even put a plaster or tape on injection site (bee in their bonnet).
