(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

“A resounding success... A brilliant experience.. My son said to me, ‘is this how posh people do Christmas? ’ and I said ‘it’s how normal people. do Christmas. ” I could go on as I also received voicemails from family members thanking everybody involved and verbal feedback on the day. (Robinson)
