I have found the department very helpful over the years the staff are always very pleasant and understanding regarding my condition . I have always been treated with the up most dignity and understanding regarding my condition and I thank the people dealing with me for that . It has been a journey over the years but it's been so nice to see the improvement in the understanding and treatment for ankylosing spondylitis ,not a cure yet but a definite improvement on the quality of life for those newly diagnosed wonderful !! Many thanks to all in the department
