My husband's face was frozen on one side and he feared he had suffered a stroke.
He had first class treatment in Northwick Park A & E.
Through immediate blood pressure and other tests the staff were able to reassure him that he had not suffered a stroke.
Then then proceeded to take bloods, scans etc to find out exactly what was wrong. It turned out to be Bell's Palsy.
I was amazed at how quickly the tests were carried out, how efficient and polite the staff were and how thorough the treatment was. The A & E Department was a very pleasant place to wait in, we were even offered a cup of tea!
"Can't praise Northwick Park A & E highly enough"
