About: Manchester Royal Infirmary

(as the patient),

What I liked

This was my first visit to the Low Clearance Clinic in the Renal Outpatients Department. Every single member of staff was kind courteous and caring and made me and my very nervous husband (not the sick one) feel very much at ease. The professional attitude of all members of staff gave me a feeling of great confidence in an otherwise quite scary situation.

What could be improved

Nothing all staff were excellent

Anything else?

To anyone who is going for their first visit to the Low Clearance Clinic and is anxious about it please be assured you will be treated with great kindness and consideration and the information you are provided with is of an excellent standard. Obviously it is not a place you actually want to be but because of the staff the experiene is bearable.

Thank you for your comments posted on the NHS Choices website regarding your care. It was very kind of you to write and complement the staff.
