What I liked

I attended the new wok in centre and was referred after examination to the hospital were i was treated quickly and very proffesionly by the doctors and nurses I met.

Anything else?

I do not understand why the oppointments department send out a letter imforming me of an up coming oppointment and then a letter with details of my appointmenton the same day in two seprate envolopes thus incurring extra work paper and postage.
