"Outstanding"

Cannot fault basingstoke maternity unit at all. I was in and out of hospital throughout my pregnancy with various problems. Every single time the midwifes were friendly and always happy to help, even when you can see they are rushed off their feet. Had a very traumatic birth which ended up in theater and I have to commend the quick thinking and speed of which they transferred me to theater from the labour ward and delivered my baby safely. Throughout the whole process I felt in safe hands and fully informed. This was my first baby and i would choose basingstoke again. These midwives need to be on footballers wages, the amount they do! Absolute angels, especially the antenatal ward. Please give them a Christmas bonus!
