"Services have been invaluable to me"

About: Community mental health services / Recovery College

(as the patient),

I found out about the Recovery College via Sutton Uplift where I was referred by my GP.

Both these services have been invaluable to me, in giving help, advice and support, and in helping me to deal with my illness.

The Recovery College is an excellent resource and should be made available to anyone in need. It is just a shame that the services are so limited and allocation to the courses per individual are very low.

I have really benefited from these courses and would like to have it ongoing although I realise that is not possible.

I highly recommend the College and all the courses that are available.
