I’ve been using the service continually, and I must say the service has been fantastic. They offer care that is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. They care for you inside and out, and cater for you physically, emotionally, mentally.
This is where a lot of people with chronic illness come after they are left with little other option. There is a wide range of courses and classes, and I have seen benefits for myself and other services users.
It’s a shame that there are plans to get rid of the ward, as I feel this will be to the detriment of the service users.
