We saw a nurse and doctor who told me my daughter had bronchiolitis. The nurse explained it to me really well and reassured me. I told her that i thought id over reacted and wasted everybody's time but the nurse made me feel assured i did the right thing. We were sent home and came back two days later, the same nurse looked after us with amazing care from all the nurses. The nurse made me feel safe in their care and listened to me and helped me and my little girl. pls say thanks to grace + team.
