"Customer care"

Both my husband and myself have had outpatient and in patient treatment over the past 20 years.

We have had to deal with many hospitals over the years whilst caring for our parents.

But always feel that we get the best treatment at Ipswich and the staff are all so friendly and helpful.

I attended the eye clinic today and at each contact point the staff were extremely friendly.

This is what makes Ipswich stand out for us and would not go to any other hospital.
