What I liked
I was sent to the Ruth ward for a ERPC after a miscarriage. It was a very difficult time but the staff made the process so much easier. Every member of staff I met were caring and explained exactly what was happening.
The whole process was well planned. I had a call at 9 to get to the hospital at 10, I was out of OT by 12:30 and home by four thirty.
What could be improved
The Paperwork-I was asked the same question about three times for three different people and on three different forms. I am sure lots of money is being wasted in such needless paperwork-surely there could be just one form.
Anything else?
The staff are what makes the NHS so good-I just feel sorry for them in having so much admin to do.
