(as the patient),

The quality of care whilst I was an inpatient on this ward was outstanding. The vast majority of the staff were absolutely brilliant; doctors, nurses, healthcare assistants, domestic staff...

Despite how busy the nurses were they always made time to chat with me. I was a patient on Redwood 2 for 9 months and wanted to let the staff know that they're very much appreciated.
