"Clinic feedback"

Total dissatisfaction, arrived there with my appointment letter and was told I wasnt on the list!? Told to have a sit and they would talk to the nurse. Sat next to an elderly couple who had been waiting an hour!? They went up to the reception 2 to complain, and was told the nurse was sorting it, then I found out due to the nurses and reception talking about it and about how bad it's been today in front of the waiting room, that I was to see the Dr that the old couple was waiting an hour to see! So I walked out! Plus the building looks like it's in consent repair!
