What I liked

I was an outpatient undergoing tests for prostate cancer.

I attended Ward 10 and found all nurses very kind and caring..

The ward 10 matron did a superb job with my biopsy... I was completely relaxed, comfortable and not in any pain throughout the procedure.

I would also like to thank the staff at Solihull who did my CT Scan

What could be improved

Appointments are a nightmare..

Some appointments were canceled at the last minute... On one visit to the hospital I was told my appointment had been canceled by a member of staff.... on another occasion I was given an appointment for the wrong clinic.

We are delighted to read you had a good experience and have noted your feedback regarding appointments. Whilst we acknowledge it is unfortuanately sometimes necessary to cancel appointments at short notice; the Trust now has a new appointment system which should help avoid similar incidences happening in the future. Thank you again.
