I would like to thank and highly praise the nightshift staff!  You are all a true asset to the NHS, your team and the department. As a relation to a patient who was extremely unwell you made me feel so comfortable sitting all day and night. Brilliant effort and brilliant job all round!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am pleased to hear that as a relative you were made to feel comfortable overnight. It must have been very distressing for you and I am reassured to hear that you were pleased with delivery of care. I will ensure that your comments are shared with the Emergency Department and in particular the night shift team.
