This is probably one of the worst hospitals I've been to, staff are rude and not helpful, and when you try and call the reception they answer and just hang up and take the phone off the hook so says user busy, I would not recommend this hospital to anyone I don't know why it's even open still

Hello

Thank you for taking the time to post this and I am personally horrified at what I hear.

Whilst I do not manage the MSK service directly I am the first contact for any complaints for services on the Clevedon Hospital site and I absolutely take all complaints seriously and as such would like the opportunity to investigate this.

If I am unable to investigate this then I am unable to change practice and improve things so I really need to liaise with you directly.
