"the staff and care my relative ..."

About: Furness General Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

the staff and care my relative got in the intensive care unit they were doing really well untill they entered the patient progression unit where they got an infection was left in a soiled bed during visiting time even though i offered to do it my self change the sheets the staff ignoring patients.i hated my relative going back on that unit.

What could be improved

the staff on the patient progresion unit should learn how to look after people

Anything else?

i wish with all my heart that my relative had never been admitted to this place!!!!
