What I liked

I have had fantastic treatment for an old ankle injury at Stepping Hill and can only say that I am very impressed with the care that I have received since I had my operation in October. I was seen very quickly and was well informed about what was going to happen and have been made to feel that it was never too much trouble to see me when I have had any concerns. I have recently been back in for some follow up treatment and can only thank the physio department for all the help they have given me to enable me to become fully mobile again after a long recovery period. The wards I have been in have been spotless and the nurses have been very caring

I have also seen how the staff have to deal with difficult and rude patients and do so in a courteous manner. I would like to thank all the staff who have contributed to my care recently, the Consultants, the plaster room staff, the nurses, physio and other care staff
