"Diabetes Centre no show"

Had an appointment for attending the 5. 30pm Desmond course at Dewsbury Hospital, Arrived early, paid £5 to park after a fog bound journey, no one turned up for what we were led to believe was a very popular course, no other patients, no tutors, waited for an hour and gave up, no explanation mail or phone call, 21 mile round trip for nothing, would like an explanation, a refund of outrageous parking fee would be appreciated too
