"Dreadful organisation"

About: Devon Partnership NHS Trust

Sadly I have had contact with DPT over the last few years. The organisation never ceases to disappoint and shock me. There have been no services provided for autistic adults. Staff constantly change from care coordinators to managers to psychiatrists. There is miscommunication and staff put the phone down when they don't know how to answer reasonable questions.

DPT commissions services from the cheapest providers resulting in poor quality of care for the service users.

The complaints procedure is slow and leads to no improvement of services. In addition I feel uncomfortable that this review cannot be anonymous as I have to leave my email address.,
