"If I could give it 0 stars I would."

This place is really awful and would not recommend to anyone that actually wants any help. I got referred to them from talking therapies as my therapist thought my situation was getting worse and I needed more help then he could provide. I went here with high hopes but was soon let down. I had a out of hours appointment at 7pm and was out of there by 7.20pm. I never got the chance to explain the majority of my problems and only touched on some minor issues. I got told that as my issues were to do with my social situation they could provide no help. This is despite most of my issues having nothing to do with my social life. I have been left with no help despite the fact that I am self harming, suicidal and using drugs (I know the drugs are proberly making things worse but feel I have no other way of trying to get by). I even got told with my drug abuse the best thing to do is stop. Which I agree with but if it was that easy I would have done it by now. The only thing I left with was a phone number which I can use if I'm in a crisis which I will not use as they will not help. I actually feel worse then before I came here as I have been left with no one to talk to as I find it difficult to express my feelings to anyone.
