This is a comment about the Homeless Health team in Hull. This team provides support to families at Donnington Court supported housing scheme for homeless families.
The staff of the homeless health team are pleasant, helpful and professional in what are sometimes difficult circumstances. They provide support to all of our families if wished and are a valuable source of information and assistance.
Homeless people can find themselves isolated but this team helps to ensure that they can still access the support and services they need. My only suggestion for improvement would be a bigger service with more visiting time available.
