About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - City Campus / Clinical haematology

(as the patient),

Mine is a short story in recognition of the great care , attention and expertise given by the dedicated Doctors and Registrars in the Haematology Department at the Nottingham City Hospital.

Also, If a problem occurs, the Day Clinic will invite you to call in for a consultation and examination. All this is very assuring and I am grateful for this wonderful N.H.S service.
